Meet Sara Hrabnicky-Rogers

‘I’m a clinical herbalist, educator, and birth worker with a deep respect for traditional wisdom and whole-body healing.

What started as a personal need quickly became a deeper calling. I received my education through The Herbal Academy and continue to grow through hands-on experience and clinical practice.

I help women and families understand what’s actually going on in their bodies and use herbs safely and effectively to support everyday health. My approach is focused on root-cause support, not quick fixes.

I host classes and workshops on our multi-generational homestead. This lifestyle deeply shapes how I practice herbalism, slow, seasonal, rooted, and practical. Throughout the year, we also host markets and conferences that bring together like-minded families and small businesses.

At the core of everything I do is my belief that medicinal herbs were created for us by the Creator. That in the Lords perfect design, He designed us with the innate ability to heal ourselves and He designed plants to support and nourish us.’

Mama + Baby Herbalism Class covers herbs for pregnancy, postpartum, and infants, what’s supportive, what’s safe, and how to use them wisely.

Then the hands-on workshop brings it all to life. Sara will supply you with everything you need to create full-size products for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and newborn care to take home.
