Affiliate Program Terms

By applying and being accepted into The Bohemian Mama Affiliate Program , you agree to the following terms:

1. Enrollment

  • Participation is subject to approval. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion.

2. Commissions Paid as Store Credit

  • Affiliates earn 15% commission paid in the form of store credit on qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate link or code. (Bohemian Mama Products only)

  • Affiliates will receive a 20% discount code for their personal orders and a 10% referral code for friends and family.

  • Markets and Open Houses, and orders that are refunded, canceled, or fraudulent are ineligible.

  • Store Credit is only eligible for online sales.

3. Promotion Rules

  • Promote products truthfully and in good faith.

  • Only use approved logos, images, and marketing content.

  • Do not use spam, misleading claims, coupon sites (unless authorized), or place affiliate links on inappropriate websites.

4. Tracking

  • Sales are tracked via your affiliate link or code. We are not responsible for issues caused by ad blockers, user error, or technical limitations outside our control.

5. Termination

  • Either party may terminate participation at any time.

  • Upon termination, you must stop using our brand name, logos, and affiliate links.

6. Independent Contractor

    • Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or representatives of The Bohemian Mama.

7. Liability

    • We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages.

    • Our total liability is limited to the commissions earned by you under this Program.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio.
