Terms & Conditions

Reservation:

Upon reserving, you will receive a confirmation email and periodic updates on what to bring for the weekend. We will also share maps of the park and send you the itinerary for the retreat.

Cancellation policy:

please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late or leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in the retreat for any reason the cancellation policy below will apply, no exceptions, We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc) But we have costs already incurred when reserving retreat center. We have design our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change.

Cancellation:

If cancellation is received 30 days prior to the retreat, you receive 50% refund of the cost of the full retreat. Afterwards (29-0 days)you receive no refund. To cancel, you must send an email stating you wish to cancel to : viv@thebohemianmama.guru.

Liability & damages

Guest shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Conservancy, the cuyahoga Valley National Park, the National Park Service and their respective trustees, directors, officers, managers, employees and agents from and against and in respect of any and all demands, claims, causes of action, judgments, fines penalties, damages (including consequential damages) liabilities, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and cost of litigation) arising from or incurred in connection with; (i) the use or occupancy of the park and it's facilities or any portion thereof by Guest; (ii) any acts, omissions or negligence of Guest; or (iii) any breach or violation of the contract or the rental guidelines by Guest.

Guest assumes responsibility for any and all damages caused by Guest. Guest agrees to pay the cost of repairs or replacement of any damage to the facility, equipment, or furniture. Guest assumes full responsibility for theft, loss, or damage caused or suffered. The Conservancy is not responsible for any damage or loss of material or equipment brought into the facility prior to; during, or after an event.

Smoking:

All building on our campus are smoke free zone.

Prohibited items:

alcohol, illegal drugs, and weapons are strictly prohibited in the National Park. Possession of these items is punishable by law. Additionally, no animals/pets are permitted inside National Park service facilities.
