Free event, MassMu’s Relics and Refabs Roadshow is Saturday, August 25th! Love shopping for unique household items, jewelry, or flea-market finds? Food and beverages will be available for sale. FREE upcycled craft activities and live music will keep all ages entertained. Proceeds from this event will benefit the Massillon Museum’s Capital Campaign MMx2 to expand its facility. Relics and Refabs Roadshow is a one-day event, to be held at the Massillon Museum and on front lawn with entertainment and refreshments available for participants along First Street. Verbal appraisals conducted by specialists in the areas of fine and decorative arts, jewelry, and general artifacts will be the feature of this signature event. Antique vendors and artists who specialize in refurbished furniture, upcycled and recycled jewelry and clothing will be among the attractions. Live music and panel discussions on a variety of topics geared toward collectors and the general public will also be included in the day's events.
As always, admission to visit the exhibits at the Massillon Museum is FREE! The Massillon Museum is located at 121 Lincoln Way East (at the corner of First Street). Ample amounts of parking is available in the city lots and on adjacent streets of the Museum.
